How To Fix A Monster High Doll's Broken Hips.

I've recently started collecting Monster High dolls and I found a Black and White Skull Shores Frankie Stein on Ebay. I was happy to get her.

When the parcel arrived I was really excited to open it. However, I had a bit of a nasty surprise when I saw that she'd lost her legs during delivery. 

I am going to fix her!

The Fix:

You will need: 

• Replacement thin elastic.

• Scissors.

• Tweezers.

• Optional : Needle and Thread.

Firstly you will need to make sure that you remove all of the old elastic using scissors and tweezers to help.

Once you have the elastic removed, you need to thread the new elastic through the leg. You can then either tie a knot or sew the pieces together.

When you have the elastic secure around one leg, thread the strands through the middle of the body

Once the elastic is through the body, thread one end through the leg, as before. This can be fiddly if you haven't left enough elastic.

Once you thread the elastic through the second leg. Tie a knot or sew the two ends together, pulling the leg tightly towards the body.

Cut off the excess and you're done!
